TIPS MAKING SMOOTHIES N NUTRITOUS SHAKE


Wa suker giler minum smoothies n shake ni.. Cuti2 ni wa slalu jek wat sendiri fruit shake or smooties. Pada org2 yg tgh nk berdiet this drink sesuai tok dicuber. N best minum time waktu2 musim panas ni skang... Hahahahahahaha.... ni ader beberapa recepi yg selalu wa try... Cuber ler....

Fruit Smoothie
frozen banana peeled and cut into chunks1 cup any other kind of fruit( I like strawberries, pears, pineapple, peaches- fresh,canned or frozen)
3/4 to 1 cup of juice ( again your choice: apple, orange, grapefruit, or the juice from canned fruit)1 tablespoon of powdered milkSugar or honey to taste

Yummy Banana Shake
1 cup fat-free milk
1/2 cup vanilla low-fat frounceen yogurt
1 small ripe banana, peeled
1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract

Diet Banana Chocolate Milkshake
1 cup skim milk
2 tbsp hershey's cocoa
1 granulated sugar substitute equal t, o 1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract 1 medium ripe banana, sliced
8 large ice cubes
